    What to Expect

    What happens during your visit

Each session takes place in a private, relaxing suite designed to help your body actually receive the benefits of the light. Soft essential oil aromatherapy, calming delta-wave music, and low lighting create an environment where your nervous system can shift into rest-and-repair mode while your cells do their work.

Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate your cells' mitochondria, the powerhouse that produces cellular energy (ATP). More energy at the cellular level means faster repair, reduced inflammation, and improved function throughout the body.

Our system uses a dual-wavelength combination of 660nm and 850nm. The 660nm visible red light works closer to the skin's surface, supporting collagen production, skin tone, and surface-level healing. The 850nm near-infrared light penetrates more deeply into muscle, joint, and connective tissue, supporting circulation, deeper tissue repair, and inflammation reduction. Used together, the two wavelengths work in layers, addressing both surface and deep-tissue needs in a single session.

Your intro session includes a body composition analysis, a 12-minute full-body red light session, 10 minutes of vibrational platform therapy, and a 15-20 minute one-on-one consultation with Dr. Jenny. The whole visit is about 45 minutes.

The doctors will talk through whether this is right for you at your visit.

Red Light Therapy & Spinal Correction

Red light therapy pairs naturally with chiropractic adjustments. By reducing inflammation and relaxing the muscles surrounding the spine, it helps the body respond more readily to adjustments and may support the tissue healing needed to help spinal corrections hold between visits.

Red light therapy is a wellness and complementary care modality. Individual results vary, and it should be used alongside, not as a replacement for, the guidance of your chiropractor or physician.

    Got Questions?

    Frequently Asked Questions

How many red light therapy sessions do I need?

The number of sessions varies based on your goals. Many patients notice benefits after just a few sessions, but for lasting results we typically recommend a series of treatments. We will recommend a personalized plan during your consultation.

    Is red light therapy safe?

Yes, red light therapy is non-invasive, drug-free, and generally considered safe. It uses specific wavelengths of light that stimulate cellular function without damaging tissue. It is a wellness and complementary care modality that should be used alongside the guidance of your healthcare provider.

Can red light therapy be combined with a chiropractic adjustment?

Absolutely. Many of our patients use red light therapy immediately before or after their chiropractic sessions. By reducing inflammation and relaxing the muscles surrounding the spine, it helps the body respond more readily to adjustments and may help spinal corrections hold between visits.
